Please note that all reservations shown in the booking system above reflect our availability. We are unable to make reservations over the phone for date/times listed as unavailable. Desired reservation time not available? Walk ins are welcomed and encouraged!

Please note:

Shelter Restaurant is proud to offer online and call-in reservations for those who like to plan their evenings. We encourage you to book your reservation prior to your arrival, however we also accommodate walk-ins during all hours of operation.

- Specific dining areas cannot be guaranteed with reservations. However, you are welcome to specify a preference for either the dining room or the lounge when booking, and we will strive to accommodate your request as best as we can

- We do not seat incomplete parties

- Reservations are only held for 15 minutes from your seating time

- We aim to have you seated within 10 minutes of your entire party's arrival

- Please call us if your party’s reservation requires accommodation for allergies, dietary restrictions or if you are unable to climb stairs or to be seated at a high table.

- Walk-ins: we cannot guarantee wait times but we will always try our best to have your party seated a quickly as possible.
